Home sweet ‘Winter Wonderland’ home
Saturday, November 27th, 2010Oof, it took a full 27,5h to come home; from yesterdays 5am wake-up call in San Jose until carrying the suitcases into the house at 15:30h today…ha, no wonder that I am KNACKERED! That’s also because I, despite the spacious Business-Class seats 😉 , hardly slept on the Houston-Amsterdam flight. (it was way too early to sleep according to my Costa Rica biorhythm! 😉 )
Anyway, I am very happy to come back home, it’s a true Norwegian Winter Wonderland; a fine 20cm layer of snow and -10Celsius, that’s a whopping 40 degrees temperature difference within a day! The fireplace is warming up the house and I’m trying to hang in there until 21:30h; one long night sleep and my jetlag will be passé! 😉
