Despite some earlier (one-day) dance festivals earlier this year, only one qualifies as the traditional opening of the summer festival season: the Parkfeest in Oosterhout! 🙂
The first night is, as usual, ‘coverband night’ with: Joe Cocker Tribute, Deep White, Bruno Mars Tribute, Pearl Jamming and Tribute 2 Bob Marley. The stage tomorrow is filled with: Nielson, The Common Linnets, Kraantje Pappie, Jett Rebel, Kovacs, Van Dik Hout and Txarango (Barcelona based, Latin-American rhythms with reggae, pop and dub).
Sunday is family day and Misha is gonna be part of it; first time to go festivalling with my big little angel woohooo!! 🙂

Sir Winston Churchill: “Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb.”
